Our office is located in Sector 27 over in Noida. It’s listed as No Ida on some of the old paperwork, but everyone around here knows the area. Job Solutions Placement Consultency is just a small setup we have. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big sign outside. It’s a simple space where we can sit down and talk to people about what they’re looking for. Noida is full of big companies, but we focus more on the practical side of things. We spend our days calling around, checking with managers we know, and updating our lists. It’s repetitive work, but someone has to do it. We’ve been in Sector 27 for quite a while now. The office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we don't mind much. We aren't here to give people a sales pitch. We just tell them what the requirements are and if we think they can do the job. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn’t. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. It’s just a local business trying to make ends meet while helping others do the same. We don’t have a website that’s updated every day; we mostly rely on people just coming in or giving us a ring. We keep a notebook by the phone to jot down messages. Most of the time, the office is quiet except for the sound of the keyboard clicking.
