Job Shapers

Job Shapers is run out of Flat No. C2 in Shakti Khand 2, which is part of Indrapuram in Noida. We are set up at Plot No. 21, and you'll usually find us under the care of Mr. Piyush Kumar. It’s a home-office kind of setup, which makes things feel a bit more relaxed than a typical business park. We don't have a fancy lobby or a security guard at a front desk. You just come to the flat and we can talk. Indrapuram is a busy place, and Shakti Khand 2 has its own rhythm. We spend our days looking through files and trying to help people get their careers in order. It's not always easy, but it’s what we do. The office is basically a room filled with computers and some notebooks. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to be helpful when people call or stop by. The neighborhood is full of families and other small businesses, so we feel right at home. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside when the kids are playing, but it's better than the dead silence of a corporate tower. We've been in this spot for a while now and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It suits us just fine for the kind of work we handle every day. We are just regular people working in a regular house.
