Interec It Global Executive Search also has a location over in Ashok Vihar Sec 37 in Noida. This part of Noida feels a bit different than the other sectors because of the layout. The office is set up for the same kind of work we do at the other branches which is basically looking for IT talent. We have a few rows of desks and some chairs that have seen better days but are still comfortable enough. The morning usually starts with a lot of emails and checking the latest job boards. It is a quiet place for the most part unless everyone is on a call at the same time. We do not have any fancy mission statements on the walls or big glass partitions. It is just a room with people working. The neighborhood has some trees around it which makes the walk from the parking area a bit more pleasant. We deal with a lot of different people from all over the country over the phone. Sometimes the connections are bad and we have to redial a few times but that is just how it goes. We try to stay organized but with so many resumes coming in things can get a bit messy on the desks. We have a small corner where the water cooler is and that is usually where people catch up for a minute. It is an honest day's work in a normal Noida office space.
