Interec It Global Execuitve Search

Our office at Interec It Global Execuitve Search is situated at B 186 Sec 20 in Noida. It is a standard building in a part of town that has a lot of small businesses and residential houses mixed together. We spend most of our time searching for people to fill IT roles for different companies. The desks are covered in resumes and notebooks where we jot down details about candidates. It is a lot of talking on the phone and scrolling through screens all day long. The office does not have much in the way of decoration other than a calendar and some clocks on the wall. Noida can get really dusty so we are always wiping down the computer monitors. During lunch we might walk out to the local corner shop to get a soda or some biscuits. The team is small and we do not really do the corporate formalities here. If someone finishes their work early they might help another person with their calls. It is a practical environment where the main goal is just finding the right names for the list. The power back-up hums in the background quite often because the local grid is not always reliable. We are used to the routine of the 9 to 6 shift and the usual traffic on the way back towards the main roads. It is just a regular job in a busy sector of Noida.
