The office is tucked away in Vinayak Apartments, which is part of the Bhel Housing Society. If you’re looking for C-58, you’ll find us at number 111. It’s called Ishanshankar. It’s more of a personal workspace than a big company office. There are books everywhere, mostly about management and public sector stuff. Since I work as an independent consultant, I don't need a huge staff or a lobby. It’s just me and sometimes an assistant helping with the filing. I’ve got a heavy wooden desk that’s seen better days, but it’s sturdy. There is always a pot of tea on the side table. People usually call before they come over because it’s a private residence. It doesn’t feel like a cold business environment. It’s just a home where professional work happens. The walls are covered in certificates and old photos from various projects. It’s a quiet life here in Noida, focusing on the details of the projects I’ve taken on. No flashy logos, just a name on the doorbell and some work to do.
