Incite Software Pvt Ltd Noida

We are Incite Software Pvt Ltd, and our office is actually in a residential-style setup at 23 Pocket A in the New MIG Flats of Mayur Vihar Phase III. It’s a bit different from the big glass towers you see in the main parts of Noida or Delhi, but we like it this way. It feels more relaxed and less like a factory. We have a small group of developers and tech people who come in every day. The office is basically a few rooms filled with computers and whiteboards. We do a lot of coding and software testing, so there is usually a lot of clicking sounds and quiet talking. Being in the MIG flats means we are right in the middle of a neighborhood, so you hear the sounds of kids playing or someone selling vegetables outside. It keeps us grounded. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular electric kettle and some instant coffee packets. Most of our meetings happen around a small dining table. We aren't a huge corporation with HR departments and formal dress codes. We mostly wear jeans and t-shirts and just focus on fixing bugs and building new features. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on where everyone is coming from, but once we are here, it’s a good environment. We just try to write good code and get our work finished on time.
