We are over here in Gharaunda, right in Zail Singh Colony. It’s a busy spot near the Gurukul. Our office, Il Fs Property Management Services Ltd, deals with all the daily stuff involving buildings and land around this part of Karnal. People know us for just getting on with things. My cousin started helping me out last year because there’s a lot to keep track of. We spend most of our time out on sites or checking in on rentals. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather gets bad, but we stay busy. Vikram Kaushik manages things from the office mostly. We handle the paperwork, talk to tenants, and make sure things don't fall apart. It's just a small team of us. We aren't trying to be some giant firm from the city. We just know the local roads and the people around here. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually finish the filing. That’s how it goes in property management. We’ve been at this address for a while now and most neighbors know where to find us if there’s an issue with a lease or a repair. It's straightforward work. We don't use big words or fancy software for everything, just pen and paper and some basic computer stuff when we have to. The morning tea break is when we usually plan the day. The traffic near the colony can be a bit much in the evenings, so we try to finish early when possible. It's a decent way to spend the day.
