Icici Pru

We’ve been set up here at C 73 in the NTPC Vidyut Nagar area of Ghaziabad for a while now. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the folks working over at the power plant nearby. Most days, someone from the neighborhood just drops by to ask a few questions about their paperwork or how to get things sorted with Icici Pru. It’s not a fancy place, just a desk and some chairs where we sit down and go through the documents together. Sometimes the traffic in Ghaziabad is a real mess, so we usually tell people to call first or just come early in the morning before things get too loud outside. We handle the life insurance stuff, mostly helping people fill out forms so they don't get stuck later. There's always a lot of tea going around because that's how we get through the long afternoons when the sun is hitting the front of the building. It’s just us here, trying to keep things organized. If you’re living around Vidyut Nagar, you probably know where we are already. We don’t have any big signs or anything, just the address on the door. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction work nearby, but we keep the fans going. People appreciate that we’re local and they don’t have to drive all the way into the main city for every little thing. That's pretty much how we run things here day in and day out.
