Our company, Ibsn India, is located at A-113 in Sector-47, Noida. It is a fairly standard office building in a part of the city that is always growing. Inside, it is mostly just us and our equipment. We do a lot of technical work that involves a lot of concentration and long hours at our desks. The office layout is pretty open, so there is always some chatter going on about projects or just what people had for dinner. We have a small area where we keep a microwave and a kettle, which gets a lot of use during the winter months. We are not a massive corporation with thousands of rules; we just have a few people who are good at what they do and want to get the job done right. The walls are a bit plain, and we have some boxes sitting in the hallway that we haven't moved in months, but it feels like home to us. We do not spend a lot of time on marketing or trying to sound more important than we are. We just take the assignments as they come and try to finish them on time. Dealing with the Noida traffic every day is probably the hardest part of the job. Once we are in the office, it is just about focusing on the tasks and helping each other out when someone gets stuck on a problem.
