Human Resource Management Centre, Noida

We are the Human Resource Management Centre, and we operate out of Noida, India. It’s a pretty simple setup we’ve got here. We spend our days dealing with people, which can be a lot of things depending on the hour. Sometimes it’s about hiring, other times it’s just sorting out some internal issues for a company. Since we are in Noida, we are surrounded by all sorts of businesses, and that keeps us busy. We don't really have a fancy office with marble floors. It’s just a place where we have our desks, our phones, and our computers. We try to be helpful when people call with questions about their jobs or their staff. There isn't any big corporate philosophy behind what we do. We just think that if you treat people fairly and get the paperwork right, things usually work out. The weather here can be tough, but the office stays cool enough. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we’ve seen all kinds of situations. No two days are exactly the same when you’re dealing with human resources. We just take things as they come and try to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of emails, but it’s what we know how to do. Being based in India gives us a lot of ground to cover, but we manage. We just keep things moving along.
