My name is Shweta Saxena and I run Human Links Search Services from my place at D-10, Sector-56 in Noida. It’s more of a personal project that turned into a full-time job. I’ve lived in Sector-56 for a long time, so I know the area well. My work involves a lot of searching and talking to people to find the right fit for jobs. The office is really just a dedicated room in my house. It’s filled with folders and my computer is always on. I like the convenience of working from home, though sometimes the doorbell rings with a delivery right when I’m on an important call. Noida is a busy place for recruitment, but I prefer keeping my operation small and manageable. I don't have a big staff or a fancy office building. It’s just me and sometimes a part-time helper. I spend hours scrolling through profiles and making notes. It can be tiring, but it’s satisfying when someone actually gets the job. The market in Sector-56 is close by, so I usually walk there in the evenings to clear my head. I don’t believe in those big corporate ways of doing things. I just talk to people and try to understand what they need. It’s straightforward and it keeps me busy. I've been doing this for a while and I like the pace.
