Hr Linkers, Greater Noida

We are set up in Alpha-I over in Greater Noida. This part of the city feels a bit more spread out compared to the main Noida sectors. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow up around us. The office is a straightforward place. We do not have any of those modern glass walls or bean bag chairs you see in startups. It is just regular wooden desks and filing cabinets. We spend most of our time looking for people and talking to them about their careers. It involves a lot of listening. Sometimes we have people coming in for interviews, so we try to keep the place tidy, though there are usually stacks of paper everywhere. The commute to Alpha-I is usually okay if you know the shortcuts. There are some nice trees around here which makes the walk from the parking lot better. We are just a small group of people working together. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just help match folks with jobs. It is a lot of legwork and follow-up calls. Some days are slow and others are completely packed with meetings. We take it as it comes. The air conditioning is our best friend during the summer months because it gets so incredibly hot. It is just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job. We keep it as simple as possible.
