Our office is tucked away in Sector 2, specifically at B-76. It’s right across from the Shirdi Apartment in Vaishali, which is how most people find us when they come for a visit. The area is pretty typical for Ghaziabad, lots of buildings and a fair bit of traffic during the rush hours. Inside, things are usually a bit cluttered with papers and files because there’s always something to organize. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. The desks are a bit old, and the chairs have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s just a private plot where we set up shop to handle the recruitment stuff. The summer months get really hot here, so the fans are always spinning at full speed. Sometimes the water cooler runs out and we have to wait for the delivery guy to show up. It’s a simple setup really. Just a few of us trying to help people find work and making sure the companies we deal with get what they need. We don’t go in for any of those big fancy speeches. We just show up, do the work, and head home once the sun goes down. Most of our neighbors are just regular families, so it’s a quiet street for the most part. We like it that way.
