Our small office is over at G Lakshmi in the Kendriyavihar part of Sector 82 in Noida. If you are familiar with this section of the city, you know it can get quite busy during the week. We’ve been set up here for some time now, focusing on the day-to-day tasks of human resources and recruitment. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters, just a simple place where we manage our files and meet with people. Most of the time, the desk is covered in papers and notes from phone calls we’ve had throughout the morning. We spend a lot of time checking backgrounds and making sure that the people we talk to have the right skills for the jobs available. Noida has a lot of energy, and we try to keep up with it by staying busy. Sometimes the power goes out or the street noise gets a bit loud, but we just keep working through it. We aren't doing anything complicated; we just help connect folks who need work with businesses that have openings. We don't use any fancy software or big slogans. It is just about talking to people and seeing where they might fit in. The office is a bit small, but it serves us well for what we do. We usually have a pot of tea going and spend our afternoons finishing up the data entry and responding to messages from the morning.
