We are set up in Sector 62 in Noida, which is a major hub for all kinds of businesses. Our office is a bit hidden away, but we like it that way because it stays quiet. We don't have a huge staff or a big fancy sign out front. It’s basically just us and our laptops, working through the list of people who are looking for jobs. Sector 62 is always crowded with commuters, so we see a lot of people passing by our building every single day. We spend most of our time answering emails and trying to figure out which candidates are the best fit for the roles we have open. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication that can sometimes take all day. We aren't a big corporate agency with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group doing HR work locally. The office is pretty basic, with just enough room for us to sit and a couple of chairs for visitors. We don't really do much in terms of promotion. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or businesses we have worked with before. It’s a straightforward operation. We deal with the resumes, conduct the initial screenings, and keep the records updated. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s necessary, and we’ve gotten pretty good at managing the details over the years we've been here.
