Headstrong India Pvt. Ltd. Noida is based at House No 35 in M Block, Sector 12, Noida. It’s interesting being in an actual house converted for work. It gives the whole place a bit of a different feel than a tall office block. We are right in the heart of M Block, which is a fairly quiet residential part of Sector 12. You can hear birds sometimes, and it’s not as noisy as being right on the main highway. Inside House No 35, we’ve turned the rooms into workspaces. It’s a bit cozy, maybe even a little crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a security guard in a uniform. It’s just a gate and a door. We do our daily work here, mostly on our laptops. The kitchen area is where we all end up for tea or to heat up our food. It feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We talk about normal stuff—the traffic, the cricket scores, or what’s for dinner. We don't really use big professional jargon. We just try to get through the tasks we have for the day. Sector 12 is a nice enough place to be. When the evening comes, we pack up our things, lock the front door of the house, and head out to our cars or the bus stop.
