Hcl

Hcl is based in Flat No 303 in the L Bock of Arya Apartment. This is in Sector 15, Rohini, Delhi. It is a typical Delhi apartment complex. Being on the third floor, we have a bit of a view of the other blocks. The office is basically a converted flat, so it has a kitchen and a bathroom just like a home. We use the main living area for the desks and the bedrooms for storage and extra workspace. It gets quite busy in Rohini, and finding parking for the staff can be a nightmare sometimes. The apartment is filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and people talking on their mobiles. We don’t have a big sign outside, just the number on the door. It is a very informal environment. We often share snacks and talk about the news while we work. The space is a bit cluttered with documents and old computer parts, but we know where everything is. Running a business like Hcl from an apartment in Sector 15 means being part of the local community. We see the same people every day in the elevators. It is a very human way to work, without all the coldness of a glass office building. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily chores. It’s not fancy, but it is our place and we make it work every single day.
