We are running Hcl Technolopgies Ltd Bpo Services from 15 3 Semal Road. We are situated in Shipra Sun City, which is a fairly well-known part of Ghaziabad. Working in a BPO setup means the office is rarely quiet. We have people coming and going at different hours because of the shifts. It’s a practical workspace, nothing too flashy or impressive. We have rows of desks and headsets everywhere. Semal Road is usually busy, so getting to work can be a bit of a trek in the mornings. We provide various services, mostly talking to people on the phone or handling back-office data. It’s a lot of sitting and typing. We don't have a big corporate culture here; we just try to get through the queue of work every day. The office has a small area for breaks where we usually just vent about the traffic or talk about what’s for dinner. We’ve been in Ghaziabad for a good while now. The building is okay, though the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. We don't make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up, do the hours, and make sure the service is handled the way it’s supposed to be. It’s honest work and it keeps the team together. Some of us have been here for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around the Shipra Sun City area.
