You can find Hcl Technology over at Hn201 in Sector 22. We’ve been based here in Noida for some time. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. The address says E No Ida, which is just how the local mail gets sorted. We mostly deal with technology stuff, fixing things and making sure systems stay running. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows each other. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of hardware lying around, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside we have everything we need. Most of the time it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and people on the phone. We don't have a lot of fancy meetings or slide presentations. If there is a problem, we just sit down and figure it out. It's a very hands-on kind of place. Some of the guys have been here since the start. We drink a lot of tea while we work. If you're coming by, just look for the house number, it's easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. We are usually here until late evening finishing up whatever came in that morning. We don't make a big fuss about things, we just work. We like the local food stalls nearby too.
