We’re part of Hcl Technologies Isd, based right here in Noida. There isn't a specific street address on this card, but anyone who knows Noida knows we have a big presence here. It’s a massive operation, but our specific team feels a bit smaller. We handle a lot of the technical side of things, making sure systems stay up and running. It can be stressful when something breaks, but mostly it’s just steady work. The offices are typical for a big tech firm, but we don't pay much attention to the lobby or the glass walls. We’re more focused on what’s happening on our screens. Noida is a city that never really seems to sleep, and sometimes it feels like we don’t either. We have shifts at all hours to make sure everything is covered. It’s not a job for everyone, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. We don’t have any grand slogans or fancy mission statements pasted on the walls. We just know what needs to be done when we walk in. Most of the guys here wear jeans and t-shirts, and we drink way too much coffee. It’s a practical, hardworking environment. We’ve been in Noida for a long time, and it’s become home for the business. There’s a lot of us here, but we just try to keep things moving one day at a time without making a big fuss or acting like we are special.
