Hcl Technologies Bpo Operations

Our office is located at A-3/16 D in the Jagrati Apartment complex, which is right in Sector 71. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building compared to a big office tower, but it works for us. We handle BPO operations for Hcl Technologies from here. Most of our day is spent on the computers or talking to people. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important for keeping things running smoothly. Sector 71 is a good area, and being in the Jagrati Apartments makes the morning commute a bit easier for some of the staff who live nearby. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff here. We just have our desks set up and get to work as soon as we arrive. It can be a bit cramped when we’re at full capacity, but we make it work. There’s always the sound of typing and low voices in the background. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just care about getting the data processed or the calls answered correctly. It’s a steady job, and we’ve got a decent group of people here. Sometimes we all go out for lunch in the local market to get away from the screens for a bit. We’re just a regular part of the neighborhood, doing our bit for the company without any big drama. It is a quiet but busy place most days.
