We're over here in Sector 55, Noida, right at A-34 in A.V Arora's place. Growth Orbit Placemnet Consultancy has been around for a bit now. It's just a small office where we handle hiring stuff. People come in looking for jobs, and we try to find a spot for them in different companies. It's not fancy at all. The desks are usually a bit cluttered with folders, but we get the work done. Noida is always busy, and there are always folks moving around looking for new work. We spend most of our day on the phone or looking at printed resumes. Sometimes the tea arrives late, but that’s just how it goes in a small setup. If you are walking around Sector 55, you might miss our sign because it's not very big, but we are there. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Just a few of us working through piles of papers. We know the local area really well. It's a lot of talking to people and trying to figure out who fits where. Most days are long and the traffic outside can be a headache. We don't promise anything crazy or life-changing, we just do the matching. It's simple work but it keeps us on our toes. Being in a residential spot like this makes it feel a bit more quiet than the huge city centers. We just keep our heads down and keep going. That's pretty much us.
