We’re over in Sector 33 of Noida, at C Oc 37. The IDA area is quite industrial and straightforward, which suits us just fine. Our daily life involves running a job site, so we spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It can be a bit repetitive, answering the same questions over and over, but it’s what we do. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many records and computers squeezed in. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We don't have any polished marketing slogans to share. We just try to help people find a place to work while we do our own work here. The power can be a bit finicky in this part of Noida, so we’ve all learned to save our files every few minutes just in case. It’s a busy environment with phones ringing and people typing away. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small break area. It’s not a fancy corporate setup; it’s more like a group of people trying to keep a website running and keep the database updated. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and it feels like home now, even with the dusty windows and the noisy street outside. It’s just a regular office doing a regular job, and we don't think much about the corporate image side of things.
