Our spot is located in Beta 2, specifically at I 401 here in Greater Noida. It is a part of G B Nagar that feels fairly organized compared to some other areas. The place is basically where we handle all the coordination for Glbitm. Arfat handles a lot of the emails and calls, especially the ones coming through the IEEE address. We keep the phone 9810786020 nearby because it rings quite a bit during the day. It’s not a massive operation, just a few of us working out of this space to keep things running. The room has a lot of books and papers scattered around because there is always something to look up or verify. In the evenings, the area gets a bit more lively with students and people coming home from work. We don't really have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it is answering queries or sorting out the records. The internet connection can be a bit temperamental when it rains, which is frustrating, but we manage. We’ve been based out of this Beta 2 address for a while now and it suits what we do. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't go in for fancy furniture or decorations; we just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes we work late into the night if there’s a big deadline or a lot of messages to return to people. It’s a bit messy sometimes but the work gets done and that is what matters most.
