Gis Development Pvt Ltd is located in A 2 Adarsh Colony in Ghaziabad. If you have been to this part of UP, you know it’s a mix of houses and small businesses all squeezed together. Our office is basically just a spot where we gather to get our development work done. It is not a huge corporate space with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular building on a regular street. The traffic in Ghaziabad can be a real headache in the mornings, so we usually trickle in at different times. We spend most of our day sitting in front of monitors. There is a lot of back and forth about different projects. Sometimes the street outside gets noisy with kids playing or cars passing by, but we are used to it by now. We have some desks, some old chairs, and a small area for making tea. Adarsh Colony is a decent enough place to work. It’s quiet enough most of the time. We aren’t trying to be anything we aren’t. We just do our work and try to keep things organized. Usually, there are papers everywhere and a few tangled wires under the desks. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It feels like a normal workplace where people actually know each other. That's basically the situation here.
