The Freshar location in Noida is at J 231 Sec 22, which is part of the IDA area. Noida is a very different environment compared to our other spots, as everything here is much more industrial and fast-moving. This office serves as a hub for our activities in the northern part of the country. Being in Sector 22 means we are right in the thick of things, with lots of other businesses and warehouses nearby. It can be quite a challenge to keep up with the pace sometimes, but we have a good routine down now. The space is used for storing goods and handling the paperwork that comes with moving items across state lines. We have a mix of staff here, some who have been with us for years and some newer faces. It gets pretty loud with all the traffic and the noise from the surrounding units, but we are used to it by now. We do not go in for any of that corporate talk; we just focus on getting the boxes moved and the orders filled correctly. There are always trucks coming in and out, and the phone seems to ring constantly during business hours. It is a busy, slightly chaotic environment, but we like it that way because it means there is plenty of work to keep us occupied. We just do our best to stay on top of things and keep the operation running smoothly.
