Flex Industries Ltd.

We are located over in Sector 31, specifically at 3/7 here in Faridabad. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always noise and trucks moving around. Flex Industries Ltd. has been operating from this spot for some time. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on the block, but we keep our machines running and the floor busy. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. They know how the equipment sounds when it's running right and when it's not. It’s a practical space. We’ve got the workshop floor and a small area for the office work. Faridabad is a tough town for business sometimes, but we like being here. The roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard, but we just move the boxes and keep going. We don't spend money on fancy lobby furniture. Instead, we just focus on the orders that come in. It’s honest work. You won't find us in suits very often. Usually, it’s just work shirts and boots. We deal with the day-to-day stuff, making sure things get loaded onto the trucks on time. Sometimes the power goes out in the sector and we have to wait it out, which is just part of being in this area. We take things as they come. It’s a straightforward way to run a company, and it seems to work well enough for us and the people we work with. We value a solid day of work over anything else and that keeps us going.
