Firstcall India

Working out of 14/184 in Vasundhara keeps us right in the middle of things here in Ghaziabad. Our office at Firstcall India isn't very large, but it fits the team we have just fine. It’s a standard setup with chairs that have seen better days and a kitchen corner that always smells like coffee. We spend most of our time on the phones or looking at screens, dealing with whatever comes our way that morning. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it's a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which is nice when you need to concentrate. We usually take turns going out to get lunch from the local shops around the corner. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits every day. We keep it pretty casual because it makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. The walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and some old notes taped up. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see a few people busy at their desks. It’s a straightforward way of working. We’ve been in this part of Ghaziabad long enough to know the local rhythms. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes the power acts up or the internet gets slow, but we just deal with it and keep going. It is a simple place where we get the job done without any fuss.
