Our office is at Ragini 99 in IP Extension. Specifically, we are in Flat No. 48. This is in the Patparganj area of Delhi. IP Extension is a residential spot with a lot of apartment complexes, so it feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. Being in Flat No. 48 means it’s a bit more personal and quiet than a big office building. Fineman Consulting Pvt.Ltd. has been here for a while. We know the security guards at the gate and the people living in the other flats. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all our stuff, but we make it work. We have desks set up in the different rooms and it feels a bit like working from home, even though we are all together. Patparganj has its own rhythm and we are right in the middle of it. The parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late, so we all try to get here early. Inside, it’s just us working on various things. We don't have a big HR department or any fancy rules. We just talk to each other and get the jobs done. It’s a very direct and honest way to work. We use simple tools and keep our overheads low. Most people find us through word of mouth rather than a big sign outside. It’s just a small, dedicated team in a regular Delhi flat.
