Our office is located at 267 S 2 in Niti Khand 1, right in the Indirapuram area of Ghaziabad. It is a busy part of town, and we have seen a lot of buildings go up around us since we started here. We go by Exl, and we mostly deal with business processes and support services. The space is functional—nothing more, nothing less. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area where we can have our tea breaks. The street outside can get quite crowded with cars and people, especially in the evenings, but inside we try to keep things organized. We are not interested in being a huge, nameless corporation. Most of us know each other's families and what is going on in our lives. It makes the workday go by a bit faster. We do not use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power flickers, but that is just life in Ghaziabad, and we work around it. We have been at this address for a while and have become a small part of the local landscape. We do not have any big awards on the walls or anything like that. The satisfaction comes from finishing a big project on time. If you're looking for us, we are just down the road from the main market.
