Exl Service Bpo

If you find yourself in Sector 4 of Vaishali, Ghaziabad, you might see us on the first floor of Plot No. 166. It’s an HIG B type building. We are Exl Service Bpo. Being in Ghaziabad means it's always busy and there’s always something happening outside on the streets. Our office isn't anything like those giant glass towers you see in the movies. It’s a practical workspace where we handle a lot of back-office tasks and phone calls. The first floor is a bit of a climb, but it’s okay. We have several people working here, mostly just sitting at their stations and getting through their lists. It gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but we’re used to it. Vaishali is a good area because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. Our team is a mix of people from all over the city. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide the services our clients ask for. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a real office with real people just trying to make a living. That’s about all there is to it. We keep our heads down and stay focused on the work.
