Executive Search, Noida

We are over at D-105 on the ground floor in Sector 61 of Noida. Being on the ground floor is handy because people don't have to wander around looking for elevators or stairs. Executive Search has been in this spot for a while now. We focus on finding people for jobs, which involves a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. Sector 61 is a pretty decent area, and we are glad to be situated here near the main roads. The office itself is quite plain. We have some desks, some chairs, and a small area for making coffee in the morning. It is not a place with shiny marble floors or anything like that. We just do our work. Most of the time, the office is quiet, except for the sound of someone talking to a candidate or typing away on their keyboard. Noida can get really hot in the summer months, so we are thankful for the air conditioning we have. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a small team and we know each other well. When someone walks into D-105, they just see us working. We don't put on a show or pretend to be something we are not. We just try to match the right person with the right company. It is a lot of checking resumes and asking questions. That is basically our day. We enjoy the local food stalls nearby for lunch when we get the chance. It is a good place to be.
