We are Ethical Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd. over in Sector-55, Noida. Our office is at C-203. It’s a quiet enough part of Noida compared to the main hubs, which we like. We deal with manpower, which basically means we spend our time talking to people and trying to match them with jobs. It’s a lot of listening and a lot of note-taking. We have stacks of resumes on the desks and the printers are almost always running. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing we do a decent job. The office is pretty simple—just some desks, chairs, and a small area for people to wait. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks in. Finding work is stressful for people, so we don't want to add to that with corporate nonsense. We just tell it like it is. Some days are really busy and the phone never stops ringing. Other days we have time to organize the files and have a longer lunch. We’ve been in Sector-55 for a while and the locals know us. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the world, just a reliable one where you can talk to a real person. We value the time people spend with us and we try to help out where we can. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We hope to keep doing this for years to come.
