We have our Ethical Manpower Services Pvt Ltd office set up in Noida, specifically over at G 82 on the first floor in Sector 63. Sector 63 is a big industrial and commercial hub, so there’s always something happening around here. We’re up on the first floor, which gives us a bit of a view of the street, though mostly it’s just looking at the other buildings and the people walking by. Our day-to-day usually involves a lot of sorting through applications and talking to businesses that need staff. It’s a pretty simple operation we have going. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big reception area. It’s just a workspace where we can focus. Noida is a big place, but Sector 63 feels like home to us now. We’ve seen the streets change as more companies move in. We don’t try to act like we’re some huge global corporation. We’re just a local service helping people find work and helping companies find workers. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, but that’s just how it goes. We keep our records in order and try to answer the phone whenever it rings. It’s busy work, but it’s what we know. If you’re in the neighborhood, G 82 is easy enough to spot.
