Our small office is tucked away in Noida, G.B Nagar, specifically over in the Fbcxbcvbcv area, which is always a bit of a juggle with the local address naming. Ethical Manpower Consultancy is basically just a few of us trying to help people find jobs that actually fit them and their lives. We see a lot of people coming in with their resumes, looking for something better or just starting out after school. It can be a really stressful time for them, so we try to keep things straightforward and honest. We don’t have any fancy reception area or expensive furniture. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of talk about who is hiring where this week. Sometimes it’s hard because there are more people than jobs, but we do what we can to help. Being in U.P., we get folks from all over the surrounding areas dropping by at all hours. We spend a lot of time on the phone with different companies, seeing what they need and if any of our candidates are a good match for their open spots. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things don’t work out, but that’s just the nature of the recruitment business. We just try to be upfront with people about what’s available. It’s a lot of matching names to roles and hoping for the best for everyone involved. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and know the local market quite well.
