Our main office is on the second floor of B-137 in Sector 55, Noida. It’s a busy place where we handle HR tasks for all sorts of people and places, including things connected to Bhavan'S Public School over in Bareilly. Working at Eternal Hr means we have a lot of different things on our plates at any given time. We aren't in a big glass skyscraper, just a regular building in a regular sector. We like it that way because it feels more like a real community. Most days, we’re busy sorting through applications, talking to teachers, or making sure payroll is handled correctly. It’s the kind of work that doesn't stop, but we enjoy the challenge of keeping it all organized. The office gets a bit crowded with files sometimes, and the tea kettle is always running in the corner. We’ve been in Noida for a good while now and know the area pretty well. People often call us up with questions about their jobs or hiring needs, and we do our best to give them a straight answer without any fluff. It’s not a perfect system, but we work hard at it every single day. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We're just a small team trying to keep things moving and helping people get where they need to go.
