We are located over at S-98 in Sector 12. It is a pretty standard office spot in Noida, nothing too special about the building itself. We do HR work here, which mostly means we help people find jobs and help local offices find the staff they need to keep running. It’s just how we spend our days. Sector 12 is a busy place, and there is always some kind of noise or activity going on outside the window. We have been working from this particular office for a good bit of time now. It is not a fancy setup with modern furniture or anything like that. We just have our desks, our computers, and a lot of paper files that seem to grow every week. We talk to a lot of job seekers every single day. Some are just starting out in their careers, while others have a lot of experience and are looking for a change. We try to keep track of everyone as best as we can. It gets a bit messy sometimes with all the paperwork, but we manage to get through it. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people working for us. We are just a small team trying to get the work done without making it too complicated. People walk in, we have a chat, and we see what fits. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We’ve got a sign out front, though it's a bit faded from the sun now.
