We are located at 14 Dev Vihar, which is part of the State Bank Colony in Ekta Nagar, Bareilly. It’s a decent neighborhood and our office is basically part of a residential building. It makes the whole place feel very informal, which we actually prefer. We do consulting, which mostly means we sit down with people and look at their business problems or help them with their planning. We don't have a big, shiny office with glass partitions. Instead, we have a few rooms filled with files and a couple of old desks that have seen better days. It gets a bit noisy during the day when the neighbors are out, but we don't mind. We aren't a big firm from a city like Delhi or Mumbai. We are just local people who know how things work in Bareilly. Often, we spend half the time just drinking tea and talking about the news before we even get to the business part. It’s just how things are done here. My cousin helps out with the paperwork, and we have one person who handles the phone calls. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing strategy. Most of our clients come to us because they know us personally or someone told them we were okay to work with. It is an honest living and we enjoy the work we do. We try to be practical and give advice that actually makes sense for a small business owner around here.
