Digi Cable

Digi Cable is located over in Gazipur, specifically at 224A Dda Flats. New Delhi 96 is a crowded area, so there’s always something happening outside the door. We work out of one of the flats here. It’s where we keep the cables, the tools, and some spare boxes for the neighbors. Being a local cable setup, we spend a lot of time on ladders or walking between the blocks. People usually just call us when their TV stops working or the signal goes fuzzy. It’s not a big corporate office; it’s more of a workspace where we store our gear. Sometimes the wires get tangled, and it takes a whole morning to sort them out. We know most of the families in the Dda Flats because we’re always around fixing connections. The weather in Delhi makes the outdoor work tough, especially in the summer. We just drink a lot of water and keep going. Usually, it’s just two or three of us handling the whole patch. We don’t have a fancy website or a secretary. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up while holding a wire. It’s straightforward work. We make sure the lines are clear and the boxes are plugged in right. Gazipur is home for us, and this small flat is where everything starts each day. It's a bit of a squeeze when we have extra stock, but we've learned to live with the mess as long as people get their shows without interruption.
