In Greater Noida, things feel a bit more spread out compared to the older parts of town. We are based here in Uttar Pradesh, working out of a space that lets us handle the logistics side of things. The roads around here are wide, which is good for the trucks, but it can get quite dusty when the wind picks up. Our office is pretty straightforward. We do not have any art on the walls or plush carpets. It is mostly just functional space where we can sit down and focus on the logistics movements. The morning starts with a lot of phone calls. Everyone is checking where the cargo is and when it will arrive. We have a small area where we keep the essential files, and a corner for the water cooler which gets a lot of use. It is a bit of a commute for some of us, but the area is growing so fast that there is always something new being built nearby. We see a lot of change every month. Despite the growth, we keep our routine the same. We come in, check the manifests, and coordinate with the transport teams. It is not the kind of job where you wear a suit. It is more about being ready to handle whatever problem comes up with a shipment. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving as they should. There is always a lot to do.
