We've been running this Csc on the ground floor at Victoria Garden, number 17, right near the Jail Chungi area in Meerut. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve been here for a while, and it’s become a bit of a hub for people who need help with their online work. We aren't a big agency; it’s just a small team of us working here. The office is simple, with just the essentials. We spend our days helping people navigate different websites and making sure their documents are scanned properly. It’s the kind of work that requires you to be patient, especially when the servers are slow. We don't use any fancy language or try to act like we’re more than we are. We’re just local people helping other local people. Sometimes we have to stay a bit late if a lot of people show up at the last minute, but we don't mind. The tea stall nearby keeps us going. We’ve seen Meerut change over the years, but the need for this kind of help seems to stay the same. We just keep our computers running and our doors open for whoever needs a hand with their digital tasks. It’s not glamorous, but it’s useful, and that’s why we keep doing it every day without any big complaints. It is just how we like it, being useful.
