Consutants is based in Noida. We don’t have a big, fancy headquarters with a glass facade. Actually, we keep things pretty low-key in this city. Noida is always changing, with new buildings going up every week, but we just stay focused on our day-to-day routines. Our space is simple. It’s got enough room for our desks, a few chairs for when people stop by, and a corner for the tea maker. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people on the phone. The traffic in Noida can be a real headache, so we all try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. The office isn't decorated by a professional; it’s just got what we need to work. There are some old files in the cabinets and the curtains are a bit faded from the sun. We don't really have a long history to brag about or a complicated hierarchy. It’s just a group of us working together. Most days are pretty similar—we show up, check the emails, and work through the list. It’s a very straightforward way to spend the week. We like being in Noida because everything is close by, even if the commute is a bit much sometimes. It’s just a regular place where work happens. We don’t make a big fuss about things, we just try to be helpful and keep the business moving along every single day we are here.
