Conf

Conf is located at House 203, on the first floor (FF-4), in Sector 4 of Vaishali, Ghaziabad. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re in the sector. We’ve been using this space for a while now to handle all our bits and pieces. It’s basically a converted residential-style space, so it has a more relaxed feeling than a standard office block. You won't find any marble floors or glass partitions here. Instead, we have wooden desks and a lot of bookshelves. We do a lot of our thinking and planning here. Since we are in Vaishali, we get a lot of local hustle and bustle, which is nice because it keeps us from feeling too isolated. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and notebooks because we’re always in the middle of something. We don't have a big HR team or a marketing person to tell us what to say. It’s just us. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time talking through projects. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a bit much, but that’s just life in a mixed area like this. We like being in Ghaziabad because it feels grounded. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address or a shiny logo; we just want to do a decent job and keep the business moving along. It’s a simple, practical way to work, and it suits our style perfectly.
