We're based over in Sector 22 in Noida. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, and we've been operating out of here for a good while. Our office is a bit tucked away, so you have to keep an eye out for the right building when you come to visit. It’s a simple setup we have here—just some desks, some chairs, and a few bookshelves that are probably due for a good dusting. We do consulting work, which mostly means we spend a lot of time talking to people and trying to help them sort out their problems. We aren't the type to use a lot of big words or complicated jargon. We prefer to just talk things through in a way that makes sense to everyone. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There’s usually a stack of newspapers on the table and some old mugs in the sink from the morning tea. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve all been doing this long enough that we don't need much direction. We get in, have some chai, and then start going through the files. Sector 22 is a busy place, so there's always something happening outside the window to watch when we take a quick break. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy slogans. We just try to give decent advice and help folks out. It’s a quiet, steady kind of life.
