Ciena India is based at Plot Number 90 in Niti Khand, which is part of Indirapuram in Ghaziabad. If you’ve ever been to Indirapuram, you know it’s a packed area with a lot going on. Our office is tucked away in Niti Khand, which is a bit more managed than the main roads. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. We don't have those massive lobbies with marble floors. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on our technical and business operations. There’s usually a lot of talk about cables, networks, and that kind of stuff going on around the office. We have a mix of people here, some who are great with numbers and others who handle the technical side. It gets pretty loud when everyone is in at the same time, but we like the energy. Ghaziabad is a tough place to get around sometimes, so we’re glad to be settled in Niti Khand. We don't put out a lot of brochures or spend time on fancy speeches. We’d rather just get the projects finished and move on to the next thing. It’s a lot of screen time and meetings, but that’s the nature of the work. We’re just a local branch doing our part in the bigger picture. We keep things simple, show up on time, and try to stay organized. It is just a normal group of folks working on technology every day.
