Career Plus Consultants (P) Ltd.

Over at Career Plus Consultants, we are based in Sector 26 of Noida. The office is at C-200, which is a fairly easy spot to find if you're familiar with this part of UP. We’ve been operating from this building for a while now. Most of our day is spent looking at resumes and talking to people about their jobs. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting in front of monitors trying to match people with the right companies. Noida has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings going up every month, but Sector 26 feels like home to us. The office is usually cluttered with files and notes, which shows how much we actually do. We aren't big on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get through the daily pile of work. Our team is pretty straightforward. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated processes. If someone needs help with their career path, we just listen and see what’s available in our database. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the power flickers, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It’s a very normal, local office vibe here. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about regular things like cricket or the weather. It's a simple life at the office.
