We are based in Sector-62 over in Noida, which is a well-known spot for all kinds of offices in this part of India. Our workplace isn't really anything special to look at from the street, just a regular office space where we spend our usual nine-to-five hours. Most of the day here involves being on the phone or staring at computer screens for a long time. We talk to a lot of people who are trying to figure out what to do next with their jobs, so the mood in the room can get a bit serious sometimes. You can always hear the hum of the air conditioning unit and the sound of people typing away on their keyboards. We have a tiny pantry in the back where we keep a kettle and some packs of biscuits for when we need a quick break. Sometimes the elevators in this building are really slow or just do not work, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we would like. It takes a lot of coordination to keep track of all the names and phone numbers we deal with daily. We do not have a big reception area with fancy lights or a fountain. It is just a practical setup with desks pushed close together to save space. Outside, the roads are always jammed with people commuting, and that busy energy definitely feels like it follows us inside the office.
