Birlasoft

Birlasoft is found at 5 12 Palm Road, in the Windsor area of Shipra Sun City. This is located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, right here in UP, India. Being on Palm Road is actually quite nice, though the traffic in Shipra Sun City can be a bit of a headache during rush hour. Our office is a modest setup. It’s got everything we need to stay productive without any of the unnecessary bells and whistles. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a small area where we keep the water cooler and the coffee machine. It’s a busy place, with people constantly talking through ideas or typing away at their stations. We’ve been at this Windsor location for a good bit of time now. You get used to the sounds of the neighborhood and the general flow of the day. We don't have a corporate handbook for how to talk to each other; we just speak like normal people. If there’s a problem, we sit down and figure it out. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth way of doing things. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a bunch of people working out of 5 12 Palm Road. The office isn't perfect, but it’s ours, and it’s where we put in the hours every week. We focus on the day-to-day work and making sure everything stays on track for our clients.
