If you are looking for us, we are on the 6th floor of the A Hai Complex on Exhibition Road in Patna. This is a very busy part of the city, and the building is usually full of people coming and going. We are Bank Of Baroda, but our specific spot is handled by the son of Sri Prabhakar Singh who works as an SDE here. Being on the 6th floor means we have to wait for the lift quite a bit, especially during the lunch hour when everyone is hungry. The office has a view of the street below which is always packed with rickshaws and cars. It is quite a noisy place, but that’s just how Patna is. Inside, we have rows of desks and some very tall stacks of paper that we are slowly working through. It isn't a modern glass office, it’s more of a functional space with standard office chairs and bright tube lights. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and a hot plate for tea. The staff here is mostly local, so we talk about things happening in the city while we handle the banking work. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we just wipe down the desks and keep going. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just some old clocks and the necessary files. It’s a busy, unpolished place where we just get things done every day.
