Automobile Recruitment Firm

We are based in Sector 15- Noida. The office for Automobile Recruitment Firm is a functional space where we spend our hours looking for people who know about cars and engines. It is not a showroom; there are no actual vehicles here, just a lot of resumes and phone lines. Sector 15 is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a few desks arranged in a row and some old filing cabinets against the wall. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Our day involves talking to candidates and trying to figure out who fits where. It is a lot of talking and listening. We don't use any high-tech systems, just some basic computers and a lot of notebooks. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we've gotten used to it. Lunch is usually spent at the desks or walking down the street to grab a samosa. It is a straightforward operation without any hidden layers. We are just trying to help people get jobs in the auto sector. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. We are just staff members who know the industry well enough to help out. The office stays open until six, and then we head out into the Noida traffic. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the work is steady and the people are alright.
